Hi, I’m Nathan, the creator of Upright Revenue.

I’ve worked at big tech companies including Apple, Samsung & LinkedIn, and more recently helped scale revenue at UpGuard, running a global revenue enablement team.

I created Upright Revenue to work with earlier-stage organisations that want to scale their revenue teams effectively.

How I work

Stay ahead of the curve. Actively seek out emerging ideas, tools, and shifts in how companies go-to-market, grow revenue, and run enablement. No passive trend-watching; deliberate exploration. Today's experiments will be tomorrow's table stakes.

Document the journey. Create videos, posts, and assets that surface what I discover in real time. Sharing builds credibility, attracts the right clients, and forces clarity in my own thinking.

Turn insights into teachable frameworks. Whether it's a training session, a coaching call, or a piece of content—package what I've learned so others can apply it. Teaching compounds expertise.

Led a team delivering onboarding, skills development, and competitive enablement programs across all GTM roles, with product ownership of tools including Gong, Outreach, and Seismic.

2016 - 2021

Regional Lead, Microsoft Success at LinkedIn

Responsible for APAC engagement strategy with Microsoft across all LinkedIn enterprise products, partnering with leaders across 20 countries to drive sales and talent outcomes.
